Last term we held a mini-Masterchef competition for our Year 11 boarders in the hospitality kitchen.
The students were tasked with making a pasta dish (each with their own different type of pasta) using ingredients from our own agriculture plots that they picked themselves. To throw a spanner in the works they also had to include an ingredient from the mystery box! These included tuna, olives, cream, garlic and plenty more intriguing items.
The students made some fantastic dishes, with the winner Chloe Oriel and Ethan Mullholland’s carbonara linguine!
